I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist with specialist experience of working with couples and individuals experiencing relationship and personal difficulties. I provide a reflective space in which we can think together about your anxieties and explore how past experiences may be affecting your relationships and interactions with others. Through the process of our exploration we can develop different ways to improve communication and facilitate a greater understanding of your relationships with others and yourself.
I offer both long term and short term psychotherapy at my private practice in Central London. I have specialist training from Tavistock Relationships, a leading institute for psychotherapy and relationship counselling, where I also work as a Visiting Clinician and Assessor.
