I am a BACP-registered integrative counsellor with extensive experience of working alongside clients as they make sense of their inner world. My work focuses on helping you explore your emotional world, and to uncover how early life patterns may inform your current ways of being. I draw upon various schools of thought but I am especially informed by psychodynamic, person-centred, attachment-based and somatic theories. I work inter-culturally, and my own experience in therapy allowed me to explore how cultural and societal influences come to shape our sense of self.
My in-depth training at a leading psychotherapy institution rests on a strong scientific foundation established during my first degree. I have extensive clinical experience in a range of issues including anxiety, depression, loneliness, ADHD, chronic illness, trauma, identity, cultural and ethnic understanding, relationship difficulties.
