Hello! My name is Maisie Matthews. I am a children and young people’s counsellor. I work with clients between the ages of 11-25. I offer a confidential, non-judgemental space for clients to feel heard. This space will allow clients to speak freely and explore their thoughts and feelings to understand and overcome the difficulties they are experiencing.

I am an integrative counsellor, meaning I bring many modalities to my work which are: Person Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Creative Therapy and Systemic Therapy. Working with children and young people I have found it is useful to use arts and play to keep it engaging and allow them a voice when they do not know what to say.

I am offering face-to-face or online counselling and I work from an office space in Kenilworth. We can work together either short or long term. These will be weekly or fortnightly 50-minute sessions. I am currently offering sessions Monday-Wednesday either afternoon or evenings. If morning is preferred, this can also be provided.
