I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist, I have experience working in helping clients with anxiety disorders, depression, relational issues, trauma and family conflicts. I believe you are the expert of your story and the aim of the work is assisting you in taking the steps towards change. I am here to support and empower people in that journey, walking alongside them. My clinical experience spans across post natal services, IAPT, Specialist CAMHS and private practice. I am an Associate for RDA Psychology Practice and am available to offer therapy in Hitchin, Ware and Online.
I draw upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative approaches to trauma, psychodynamic modality and draw upon systemic therapeutic approaches when working with couples and relational conflict. Key interests: Child and Adolescent / Young People Post Natal Therapy Race/ Culture/ Identity Relationship difficulties / Couples Counselling Trauma/Anxiety
