I am a qualified and experienced Individual, Couple, Family and Systemic Psychotherapist with over 25 years experience of working in the NHS; not for profit sector and the social care sectors, as well as working in private practice. I have experience in working cross-culturally with individuals, couples and families, including working with interpreters. I have worked extensively with trauma, anxiety and depression, as well as post migration issues.I have also worked with families and children experiencing separation and divorce.
As well as working with adults, I have experience in the full range of child and adolescent mental health issues and enjoy working with all age groups. I also have a great deal of experience of working with stress and employment related issues.
