My MA in Integrative Counselling means I am able to draw from across the board techniques to personalise treatment to your unique needs and personality, this includes theory relevant to person-centred, psychodynamic, gestalt, compassion-focused, CBT, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I have a BSc (Hons) Psychology with Counselling which creates the foundational structure for my work, and allows me to draw from many different elements of psychoeducation, such as developmental and sociological aspects, which you can take away into your life after counselling.
I have a trauma-informed approach for those who may have suffered abuse and specialise in relationships, anxiety based disorders like OCD, PTSD, GAD and more. I am familiar with the common cross-overs that come with conditions like this such as dissociation and ASD/ADHD and help people regain control and improve their quality of life.
