ADHD, autism, AuDHD, dyslexia; dyspraxia; ABI/TBI; life transitions; burnout; trauma; anger; stress; chronic health challenges/recovery; loss; grief; relationship with nature, self and others. I have extensive training offering nature therapy. Sometimes words can feel they simply are not enough. I offer a combination of verbal & evidence-based creative art therapy techniques which may include the use of art, images, movement, sound, music, dreams & stories.
Sessions offer an inclusive, warm, playful, grounded, trauma-informed, compassionate & safe environment. I invite clients to have choice in the way we work together that feels nourishing and comfortable to support you to explore, express, release & find creative insight. My intention is to support you with tools for your life & your emotional wellbeing.

Ecotherapy Self Care 8 week sessions (+18)
I provide 8 ecotherapy self care group sessions with shinrin yoku approaches (+18), for people who experience neurodiversity, anxiety, depression, isolation, chronic health challenges and carers. My sessions are person-centered, holistic, creative, inclusive, accessible & grounded. I integrate group facilitation experience over many years including nature therapy training, creative art therapy approaches & mindfulness. Through this, self esteem, confidence, wellbeing & connection grow organically, and as we safely & gently relate to our natural environment.
