Whether you are suffering grief, recent or earlier trauma, concerns about the future, troubling memories of the past, general anxiety or unexplained emotional pain, my aim will be to help you find ways forward that feels positive for you. I will listen carefully, empathically and respectfully to whatever it is that brings you to seek counselling at this time. I have over 30 years counselling experience: both in private practice and in Primary Care and Employee Assisted Programmes and offer short term (6 sessions) or medium to long term work.
If you would like to find out more, perhaps you'd like an initial 15 minute conversation, by telephone or remotely (no cost) or a 50 min meeting in person. This will give you the opportunity to see whether you feel comfortable with me and for me to learn more about your needs and to assess whether I am the right person to help you.
