About
I'm a UKCP Reg. Integrative Psychotherapist with over 12 years’ experience and trained at Metanoia Institute London. I'll support you to slow down, take some space and look with curiosity and compassion (not self-criticism) into who you are and the path of your life thus far. Through becoming more self aware you gain a bigger perspective and more clarity on whatever is troubling you now, enabling you to find your best way forward. I offer a focused and supportive space where you’ll be listened to, taken seriously, and challenged to explore and think about your life experiences and choices more deeply.
I've worked with people bringing a wide range of concerns therapy over the last 12 years. In addition I'm very experienced in bereavement counselling, this includes traumatic bereavements e.g. suicide, accident, death of a child. I also work long term with trainee psychotherapists, psychologists and counsellors.
Please leave a voicemail message if you phone and I'm unavailable, I'll call you back as soon as I can. My aim is to respond to all enquiries, phone or email, within 24 hours during weekdays.
