I'm UKCP Reg Integrative psychotherapist based in Holborn and online, with over 15 years experience. I work with people bringing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, life transitions. I'll encourage you to approach yourself with compassion & curiosity (not self criticism) & build self awareness. My particular interest and skill is in loss and bereavement and I'm experienced in working with traumatic bereavements such as suicides, accidents, sudden deaths, death of a child. I also work long term with trainee psychotherapists, psychologists and counsellors from training schools across London.
Please leave a voicemail message if I'm unavailable and I'll phone back as soon as I can. My aim is to respond to all enquiries, phone or email, within 24 hours during weekdays.
