I'm a UKCP Reg. Integrative Psychotherapist with over 12 years’ experience. I'll encourage you to slow down, pause, take time to self-reflect and look with curiosity and compassion (not self-criticism) into who you are and the path of your life thus far. This brings you a wider perspective and more clarity on whatever may be troubling you now. I offer a focused and supportive space where you’ll be listened to without judgment and challenged to become more self aware. Exploring your life experience more deeply will help you make sense of things, find your strengths, regain your equilibrium and discover your best path forward.
I'm experienced in working with a wide range of concerns but am particularly skilled in issues related to life transitions, loss and bereavements (including traumatic bereavements e.g. suicide, accident, death of a child). I'm also very experienced in working long term with trainee psychotherapists, psychologists and counsellors.
Please leave a voicemail message if you phone and I'm unavailable, I'll call you back as soon as I can. My aim is to respond to all enquiries, phone or email, within 24 hours during weekdays.
