I am an Integrative psychotherapist which means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to best support each individual. I work in a neuro-affirming way, recognising and respecting neurodivergence - particularly ADHD and Autism - not as deficits or disorders to be 'fixed', but as valid and valuable ways of being. My focus is on creating a supportive space where clients can explore the life issues that matter to them - whether that's relationships, identity, anxiety, burnout or navigating a world that often isn't designed with neuro-divergent minds in mind!
Together we look at how these experiences impact your well being and how you can move towards greater self-understanding, self acceptance and resilience.
I am an ADHD Coach having completed an accredited certificate in ADHD Coaching through Barrett Coaching and Training - and am able to offer ADHD coaching sessions at £85 per session.
It is really important that you as the client find the right therapist or ADHD coach to work with and to support you. For this reason I offer a free telephone consultation in which we can discuss the issues which have motivated you to search for a therapist. If I feel I am not able to help I will always do my best to refer you onto a colleague.
