Offering a safe space for you to talk and discuss what's really going on for you. Specialising in PTSD and trauma. Offering EMDR. I also work with anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationships, Couples Therapy. Each person is a unique individual and I focus on the quality of the relationship between us. Working collaboratively, building trust, valuing beliefs, core values. With couples I can help you look at your needs within the relationship and why is not working. I can work with PTSD and Complex trauma, including child sex/physical/emotional abuse .
I am a Counsellor, Supervisor and Tutor, having taught Level 4 and Level 5 CBT and Level 6 Supervision courses. I can offer Supervision to individuals and others, including Schools and Nurseries. Holding a DSL certificate means I understand the pressure of working with challenging families and can help by offering a confidential space to process this work

Freedom programme

Helping survivors of domestic abuse recognise patterns of behaviour. Enabeling them to move towards an better future which empowers them to make different choices. This can be offered as group or on an individual basis. I have run this group several times with good outcomes. I am available to Local Councils to facilitate this programme.
