I am a BACP-registered psychodynamic therapist experienced at supporting clients through complex emotional, psychological, and relational challenges. I offer a warm, accepting, and confidential space for reflection. I offer an initial free 20-minute phone consultation. I will introduce myself and answer any questions you might have, and we can think together about whether this therapy feels right for you. If you decide to continue, we will then schedule a 60-minute assessment session to give us time to discuss your personal history and what brings you to therapy.
