Are you struggling to cope with your grief and loss of a loved one? Has the death of someone near and dear to you left you feeling like you cannot go on? Has life become so difficult that your daily routines have stopped ? Do you feel like this? Do you awaken in the morning or throughout the night with thoughts racing, images flashing of what was, or what could have been? Does it feel like you have hit a brick wall, or want to curl up and hide away ? If so, I understand how you feel. I too have experienced clear loss. Or maybe it is another type of loss, like the loss of a relationship? A job? Your direction in life, Your identity ?
My speciality is working with clients with grief and loss, clear loss and/or ambiguous loss(es). I offer a safe place, a space for you to talk about your feelings and emotions and help you wherever you are right now. I will support you and invite you to navigate your way through by introducing a range of therapies tailored to your specific needs.
Often making that first move in seeking help when struggling with the death of a loved one can be daunting. I know because it took me a year. Perhaps you too are apprehensive ? Maybe a recent situational, societal or social loss has triggered previous loss(es)? If so, I invite you to contact me for a complimentary 20 minute consultation.
