Hello, thank you for visiting my profile. Hope you get an idea of what I offer and how I support you. I am an experienced and certified psychotherapy counsellor and a psychotherapist who works with individual clients, couples, both adults and teenagers. My working style is warm, empathetic and supportive and I am extremely passionate about working with my clients.
I am particularly interested working with complex trauma and childhood trauma I offer sessions in a variety of ways to meet your needs, whether online, outdoors or face-to-face. I work relationally and creatively bringing together many disciplines such as transactional analysis, attachment theory, polyvagal theory, and trauma-informed therapy and many more.
In my opinion counselling and therapy is not about fixing you or finding what is wrong with you. It is about understanding, finding, clarifying and helping you to work through complex, difficult emotions. Trauma and traumatic experiences can be something you have kept as a “secret” for too long or they are still affecting your life one way or another.
