As a person-centred counsellor I believe that when offered a non-judgemental, welcoming space and warmth, you can find your own solutions and paths that would lead you to growth and resilience.
I am a fully qualified counsellor, BACP member and have experience in working with anxiety, depression, anger, loss, relationship issues, trauma, addiction and low self-esteem. I offer counselling in English and Polish and welcome clients from a range of ages and backgrounds.
Reaching out to a therapist may feel daunting and a therapy itself challenging. Whatever you bring to the therapeutic room, I will offer you empathy and non-judgemental space. I consider assisting you in your journey to self-awareness and self-fulfilment a privilege and I will respect the uniqueness of your own process.
