Growing up is not easy. Life is not easy. But there are safe ways to work out some of the difficulties and increase resilience.
I provide deep, engaged and confidential psychotherapy for young people and children of various ages and backgrounds. I also work with adults, coming both as independent individuals or as parents. The space I offer allows for getting in touch with heavy feelings safely, without shaking the whole system again and again.
