I am a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist with an MSc in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Sexology, with a strong foundation in integrative and trauma-informed therapeutic work. I am currently undertaking a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy. My research examines the conceptualisation and treatment of Compulsive Sexual Behaviour Disorder.
My academic background includes training in Psychotherapy at Regent’s University London and Psychosexual and Relationship Postgraduate Diploma at the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology in Cambridge.
In my work as a GSRD (Gender, Sexuality, Relationship Diversity) affirming and culturally sensitive practitioner, I aim to create a non-judgmental, supportive space where I encourage openness and honesty, embracing the diversity and uniqueness of my clients. I apply a pluralistic approach.
I primarily work with people struggling with sexual compulsivity (often misunderstood as sex addiction), but also help couples and individuals with psychosexual and relationship struggles. I adopt a range of diverse, evidence-based and client-focused interventions whilst maintaining my core belief of therapeutic alliance.
