My professional journey includes working with adults who have experienced trauma, addiction, grief, terminal illness, and diverse mental health needs.
My personal life experience grants me insight into life as an expat/migrant, challenges faced by NHS/health workers and ethnic minorities, the difficulties of growing up in a multicultural household, navigating chronic conditions, and the dual roles of parent/carer.
I also have a special interest in spiritual abuse and religious trauma, moral injury and burnout in health workers, and digital era issues affecting our mental wellbeing and relationships (online dating, romance fraud, online polarisation, and other forms of online hatred), but I will happily work with you regardless of what brings you to therapy!
