Hi there and welcome to some insight about me. My name is Maegan, and I am a fully registered and qualified BACP therapist with a specialisation in supporting individuals who are navigating the complexities and challenges of life. My approach is genuine, straightforward, no nonsense and grounded in a strong understanding of human psychology. I am also fiercely compassionate and work in a very relational way. I offer a considerate, non-judgemental space where we can work together to better understand your experiences and feelings, overcome challenges, and create meaningful, lasting positive change.

Having previously worked in Secondary education and being a mother of now- four young adults - I have extensive experience working with adolescents and parents and have a profound understanding of the modern challenges we face from both perspectives. I also specialise in working with Autism Spectrum Conditions and neurodiversity and am very neuroinclusive.
