Many women seek therapy because something no longer feels quite right. Life may have shifted in a way you didn’t expect, or you may be carrying thoughts and feelings that are becoming harder to manage alone. You may feel anxious, down, overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself. These feelings often arise during periods of change, stress or uncertainty — when old ways of coping no longer work, or when past experiences begin to surface in the present. I offer a calm, reflective space with you in mind, to slow down, understand what feels unsettled, and begin to feel more grounded, supported and steady from within.
I offer psychotherapy exclusively for women. As an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Counselling Psychotherapist and CBT‑informed Menopause Specialist, I support women in navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity shifts and life transitions, with particular expertise in perinatal, postpartum, perimenopausal and hormonal wellbeing.
Some women arrive with a clear difficulty in mind; others with a quieter sense that something isn’t right. Both are welcome here.
