You may be struggling with memories of past or recent trauma, having overwhelming feelings or have patterns in your life that you'd like to change. You may have experienced a one off trauma that continues to bother you, or you may have a complex trauma history. You may be worried about your thoughts or behaviour, either towards yourself or others. Perhaps your relationships have not been very healthy and you want to break the cycle. Therapy can help you to address these issues and bring you back to the self you used to be or move you forward to a stronger healthier place.
I am a Chartered and Registered Psychologist with over 20 year's experience. I adopt an integrated therapy approach informed by CFT, CBT, ACT, strengths based approaches, schema therapy and EMDR. I specialise in PTSD/trauma and problematic/unhealthy behaviour. I offer reduced price sessions to Blue Light Card holders
I offer in person or virtual sessions, in the evening or at weekends at a frequency that suits your budget. The working relationship is key to successful therapy, and I will work with you in a way that meets your needs to help you achieve your goals.
