I am committed to meet you where you are and provide a safe container to explore any issues or feelings that may be challenging or difficult for you at this moment in time. All is welcome to be explored in the therapy room, such as your anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues or loneliness.
I particularly can relate to the challenges of being born as 1st generation immigrant child and the confusion it may bring about your sense of identity and belonging. Therefore, I particularly enjoy working with clients who want to explore cultural, self-esteem or identity issues and/or traumas.
