I am a counselling psychologist who has a broad experience in both psychology and psychotherapy. When working together I will always prioritise your individual needs. Even though I have my own style of therapy I will always make sure to collaborate with you and to be as flexible as needed so we are always on the same page when working together. I hope to create a non-judgemental, safe and hopefully very comfortable environment where you can feel heard and understood.
I have experience of working within a number of different settings and clients struggling with different things. I specialise in mood and affective disorders, such as depression and anxiety, I work with trauma and addiction and I have many years of experience working with ADHD, and neurodiversity. I also work with families and do couple’s therapy.
I understand how difficult it might be to open up and explore any issues interfering with your everyday life with a stranger. I want you to feel comfortable working with me so good communication during (and at times between) our sessions will always be the key - I offer free initial consultation where you can see if you like what I can offer during sessions
