I provide a safe, confidential and supportive space. Anything that may be difficult for you to say, I will not find difficult to hear. We will work together to unravel where you are now and how you may have got there. By sharing this, we can find space to really think about what's going on and to see if we are able to find a happier, healthier way of moving forwards. Whether working with adults or children, gaining trust is something I will do my best to work towards and earn. My practice rooms are in Cheltenham (Gloucestershire), Crowthorne (Berkshire), Richmond (London) and from the comfort of your own home (Online).
I am a Psychotherapist/Counsellor & Clinical Supervisor & Tutor. My clinical training was accredited by the BPC and I am an accredited Member of the BACP. I am qualified to work in-person and online. My experience is working with adults, (anxiety, depression, trauma) and have extensive experience working with young people struggling with life/school.
Everyone calls me "Mac" and we will begin with an initial phone call so you can hear my voice. An introductory session will be agreed and we will take time to think about your needs and if I am the right therapist for you. This will also will give you an idea of how I work. It's important you feel able to be with me and for us to be able to think together.
