With 17+ years experience, my team of qualified trauma therapists and I provide counselling and safe trauma therapy for young people and adults. We will always prioritise your safety, so that trauma therapy doesn't become too overwhelming. We also work with loss, grief, identity, depression, anxiety and stress.
My team and I are all trauma specialists and provide 1:1 integrative counselling and psychotherapy. This includes Humanistic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Transactional Analysis, the Rewind-Technique, EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Internal Family Systems Level 1. We will tailor how to work to suit your needs.
