I warmly welcome people of all genders, sexualities, relationship styles, and identities, including those exploring non-traditional relationships. I believe that every person deserves to be met with respect, curiosity, and compassion, free from judgement or assumptions.
Above all, I believe that everyone deserves a place where they can belong. My hope is to offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are, explore whatever is on your mind, and feel supported as you move towards a life that feels more authentic, connected, and meaningful.

If you're tired of battling stress, overwhelm, anxiety or if you're frustrated because you can't seem to be as productive or confident as you want, or need, to be then hypnotherapy can work amazingly well for you. Your subconscious is in the driving seat and while it tries to help you feel safe and survive, it can also hinder you too. Often we aren't entirely aware, at a conscious level, why we're struggling or stuck in self-sabotaging behaviour patterns. Hypnotherapy is able to reach your subconscious and work with it to correct course, allowing you to achieve what you want.

I am an HCPC-registered Art Psychotherapist based in Manchester. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space for clients who are finding life difficult to navigate, feeling exhausted, disconnected, stuck, overwhelmed or finding themselves not able to do the things they used to love to do. Rooted in a person-centred, integrative approach, I draw on attachment theory, guided drawing, and grounding skills. I believe art therapy is a powerful, evidence-based way to heal when talking therapies haven’t felt enough, supporting clients to create, connect, and heal from within. Art therapy can offer ways to turn the volume down on thoughts.

I offer a neuroaffirming therapy space where you can bring your whole self without fear of judgement. Every therapy journey is different, because every person is different. We can work together to shape our sessions in a way that feels right for you.
I understand that, if you've masked for a long time, it can sometimes feel difficult to untangle who you are from that mask. In our sessions, you can openly reflect on your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a space free from external pressures and at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I am an ADHD/autistic counsellor specialising in Alcohol & Substance Abuse, Anger Management, Anxiety & Depression, and Communication Issues. I have a neuro-affirming approach to working with ADHD and Autistic clients. I trained to become a counsellor after first being a client myself, and I know what it is like to take that step. For 8 years, I have worked with a diverse caseload and have facilitated online, face to face, outdoor, and group therapy. As a pluralistic practitioner, I believe that different people work in different ways and it is my responsibility to adapt to your needs. I'm a qualified, accredited member of the BACP.

Hi! I’m Corinna, a friendly and compassionate therapist based in Manchester city centre. I typically work with clients in their 20s/30s and LGBTQ+ people. Clients I work with are often just about coping with day-to-day life but feeling like there’s something they want to heal from, reflect on or change. It could be that you’ve had a painful life transition, like a break-up, or a loss. It could be that you want a supportive space to explore current or past experiences. It may be that you’re noticing behavioural or relational patterns that you want to work on. Perhaps you’re feeling stuck, and want some help getting unstuck.

Hi, my name is Ben and I am a Consult Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Neuropsychologist at Project Trauma. I set up Project Trauma to provide the kind of personalised, compassionate psychological support that people need following events in their life which they have struggled to cope with. Psychological distress can affect anyone and everyone will have a different reaction to traumatic events in their life. We all have different tolerance and ways of coping, but at some stage in our life we will all need help from somewhere.
