If you are experiencing anxiety, have family struggles, feeling sad or low, or finding the current economic or climate crisis overwhelming counselling may help. If you are struggling to process bereavement or loss, counselling can help. I keep you, the client, at the centre of the therapeutic relationship. Counselling can be daunting, and sometimes you may not know what to expect. Working with me, you will find a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space where you can work at your pace, and be truly heard whether we meet face to face, via video counselling, or Walk & Talk. I work within the BACP Ethical Framework.
As a person-centred counsellor, I respect you as the authority on what it is that is causing you unhappiness or distress. I will listen to what it is you need to bring to the therapeutic relationship with understanding and without judgement. I recognise you as the individual you are and you will always be at the centre of the therapeutic relationship.
Whether in-person, e-counselling, or walk & talk therapy, I offer a safe, confidential space as you explore your feelings and experiences that cause you distress so you can work toward the peace you need to make the changes you wish to make. I will listen to you and hear you without judgement or criticism in an open and honest therapeutic relationship.
