Sometimes life can get on top of you, and feels more difficult than it should. You may be feeling stuck, unfulfilled, or unable to connect fully with those around you. I will support you to work through these feelings, understanding and accepting where you are right now, and exploring what you might want to do to move forward. I provide a safe, warm and non-judgemental environment where you feel valued and heard; a supportive space where you have the opportunity to talk about your life and experiences. working through things at your own pace.
I draw from a range of approaches according to individual need. I have a particular interest in childhood trauma and how this can impact on us as adults. I am currently training as a psychosexual & couples therapist, & offer couples & psychosexual therapy at reduced cost (£50 per session) for clients who want to work on relationship or sexual issues.
I value clients from all sexualities, genders and relationships. I provide a safe and welcoming space for clients however you identify. I identify as queer / non-binary. My role as your counsellor is to help and support you understand yourself and your situation better, and to help you to move forward in whatever direction you choose.
