I am here to support clients who are experiencing challenging emotions and situations, such as anxiety disorders, depression, bereavement, or feeling trapped in repetitive relationship patterns. Our attachment styles are formed from a young age, and as we grow older, we may find ourselves stuck in these same patterns. I have helped clients confront their attachment fears that affect their personal relationships. Additionally, I have worked with individuals who struggle with self-harm and suicidal thoughts, supporting them as they navigate their feelings of emptiness.
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist, primarily focused on Psychodynamic and Existential approaches. I have experience working as a Psychotherapist and Counsellor in a low-cost organisation and within the NHS. I have assisted clients dealing with obsessive-compulsive disorder, loneliness, stress, work-related stress, and various family or health issues.
I work creatively with clients to help them explore their inner selves. I support them in acknowledging their deeper thoughts and feelings. By providing a nonjudgmental and safe space, I help build trust between us. It is essential for clients to feel secure when discussing their emotions and experiences.
