I have a passion for supporting women who have ADHD, Autism or AuDHD ( diagnosed or self-diagnosed) and are facing the challenges that perimenopause / menopause brings. I use a down to earth, holistic approach to therapy that explores your view of life and the barriers you face. I work with diagrams, pictures, photo cards, walking side by side in nature and with stones to support you in exploring your emotions and feelings that may be hard to understand.
I make it my priority to provide a service that promotes inclusivity for all women . I tailor every session to fit your needs on the day.
I am a person who is senstive to my environment and i am mindful of how our senses are affected in unfamilair settings. I adjust to accomodate your nervous system to enable you to feel as comfortable as possible. This includes promoting the use of fidget toys in sessions, minimising sensory overload and creating a relationship of trust.
