I am a psychosexual therapist. I provide therapy to individuals and couples to address and resolve a range of sexual difficulties and improve their overall sexual well-being. I help clients understand the psychological, emotional, and relational factors contributing to sexual issues, and support them to work towards developing a more fulfilling sex life.
Whether you are gay, lesbian, bisexual, straight or transgender, if you are experiencing sexual problems or having difficulties in your sexual relationship, I can help you resolve them.
How does psychosexual therapy work?
It starts with an initial consultation.
We will then be able to assess your sexual concerns and discuss ongoing sessions to develop an appropriate treatment plan for your specific sexual problem, to improve and increase your sexual satisfaction and joy in your intimate sexual relationship.
Rather than simply looking at the physical symptoms, we will also focus on the relationship with your sexual partner.
We will explore how you see sex, what it means to you (and your partner) and consider your past it's effect on your sexual self.
