Are you finding life tough right now? Do you need support? If I so I hear you. I am a qualified and accredited Psychotherapist dedicated to supporting you through life's challenges. I have helped people with a wide range of issues, from Anxiety and Depression through to relationship difficulties. My approach is empathetic, non-judgmental, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual recognising no two people are the same. If you are looking to live a more fulfilling, peaceful and authentic life then please get in touch.

In our sessions, you can expect a supportive and confidential environment where we will work together to explore your thoughts, feelings and what you want to achieve from your sessions. Together, we will focus on understanding your challenges and look to developing a plan, practical tools and strategies to help you make the changes you want to make.

Experiencing emotional distress can feel like a deliberating experience. My hope is to support you to identify what may be the underlying cause of your challenges, what is contributing towards your distress and helping you find light in the shadows. Transforming pain into peace.
