I work with individuals who need support with decision making about their relationship. who may be experiencing anxiety or low self -esteem as a result. Having worked extensively in the corporate sector for many years I also offer single session therapy for clients who feel they are at a career crossroads and would benefit from objective and constructive listening.
I see therapy as a toolbox, not bound to any one theoretical concept: it begins with a positive regard for all my clients and has to be flexible to meet the individual needs of each person in the couple relationship. I take a practical approach and at all times remain non-judgmental.
