Hi, I'm Lynne, a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Couples Therapist with a passion for helping individuals and couples to navigate life's challenges.
Individual Therapy: (16 years and over) Whether you are experiencing Suicidal ideation, bereavement of suicide, depression, trauma, generalised anxiety, social anxiety, self harm, self-esteem or another disorder, I provide a non judgemental, safe and supportive space.
Couples Therapy: Within couples sessions, I provide a safe place for both individuals to work together through relationship challenges in order to improve communication, understanding and connection.
Finding the right therapist to work with can be unsettling for you particularly if you are looking for a specific approach so it is very important to find a therapist you can trust and connect with. I am based in Glasgow (close to city centre) and offer therapy sessions face to face and online.
I will listen with empathy and without judgement to explore challenges faced individually or within a couple relationship.
