I have been counselling individuals and couples for over 18 years in Bristol, London and online. My passion lies in working with people to improve the quality of their life experience, helping people to relate better, gain confidence to have a more prosperous life, look at blocks in their lives which may be a result of unresolved childhood issues, resolving conflict in relationships, and recovery from traumatic relationships.

I have expertise in the field of Relationship Issues, trust and affairs, Narcissistic Personality Disorder(NPD), Codependency, attachment styles, self esteem issues. I work holistically, often supporting people to change lifestyles, diet, self-care, and help with abusive relationships, and teaching mindfulness and spirituality.
