I am a fully accredited,qualified integrative counsellor and clinical hypnotherapist providing time-limited and longer term therapy for adults, children and couples. I have an integrative training which enables me to draw upon a range of approaches including transactional analysis, cognitive behavioural therapy and person centred, to help clients explore what brings them to therapy. Qualified 2011. I am an experienced/accredited Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist. Hypnotherapy is the application of visualisation and relaxation techniques combined with psychotherapeutic treatment strategies. My therapeutic approach is based on eclectic principles which means that I have the capability to draw on a wide range of methodology.
