Hello,since qualifying in 1992 I have had the great privilege to work alongside many clients seeking help with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, anger issues, low self esteem, confidence issues, OCD, ADHD. I have also worked with survivors of physical, sexual and emotional abuse as well as those who have been in a narcissistic relationship. I work with adults and with couples. I have over 12 years experience working with clients with ADHD, from those awaiting diagnosis and those who are newly diagnosed and going through titration to those diagnosed in childhood. I work face to face and online.
I work with my clients to find the best way forward. This means I taylor my modalities to your need. Maybe CBT might be best, or Transactional Analysis or Gestalt or Person Centred or a mixture of them with life coaching or hypnosis. Counselling is about change and sometimes that may require homework too.
For some going to see a counsellor might be the last resort so I offer you a safe place without judgement to allow you to explore your issues and I will listen and help you find your way forward. Maybe to find a better path to travel or a solution to the issue. Often talking to a complete stranger helps with perspective and a new viewpoint.
