My goal is to get you feeling better as quickly as possible with as few sessions as possible. After each sessions with me, you should leave feeling better. At the very least, a sense of how things are going to get better.
I work with all sorts of individuals of all ages. I have a particular interest in perinatal mental health, supporting women through conception, pregnancy, birth and beyond but i remain a general psychotherapist working with most areas of mental health.
