I support individuals that feel like they are in a complete rut. You've tried the books, the videos the podcasts but mentally nothing seems to be shifting. I have varied experience working in inpatient and community mental health. I often hear 'im beyond help' or 'there are worse off'. Neither of these put you first. I will put you first and together we can find hope, a life that feels safe, comfortable and where you can walk with confidence again.
Therapy can feel daunting, especially if you are unsure what to expect. Some clients find it liberating to speak to someone they do not know, while others feel nervous or unsure where to begin.
