I have experience supporting both men and women who have experienced sexual and domestic violence. I also bring lived experience and an understanding of alternative lifestyles, including home education, nomadic and military families. This can make it easier to bring your challenges into counselling without fear of judgement.
I work with neurodivergent teenagers in EOTAS.
My clients are from a range of cultures, and many people tell me how valuable it is to have a space where they don’t feel they need to explain their cultural context. My aim is to offer a place where you can feel understood, respected and able to speak freely.
I believe that healing happens not only through words, but through reconnecting with the body, the natural world and our innate capacity for growth. My approach is somatic, relational, trauma-informed and grounded in both traditional therapeutic practice and embodied, experiential work. I am also trained in embodied processing and outdoor therapy.
