I began my professional journey in a legal background, but my personal life experiences have truly shaped my understanding of people and the world around us. These experiences have deepened my empathy and helped me appreciate just how much we can carry beneath the surface, often silently. I retrained as a counsellor so I can reach people who need support, and help them so they’re not alone. My role is to walk alongside you as you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, helping you to better understand yourself and your environment, whether that’s in your personal life or at work.
Research confirms remote therapy is as effective as in-person therapy with added benefits such as cost, easy access, convenience an confidentiality. Reaching for support isn’t always easy. That’s why I aim to offer a space that feels welcoming, accessible, and genuinely supportive. A place where you can feel safe to be yourself, without fear of judgement.

Whether you’re looking for short-term support or a more open-ended journey, we can work at a pace that feels right for you. I work with adults 18+, carers and neurodivergent clients. I specialise in trauma-informed work, bereavement, child or baby loss, an infertility.
