Together, we can explore what's on your mind, develop your self-awareness and understanding of your relationships. Rather than give advice I see my role as supporting you, and challenging you, to see things more clearly, perhaps from a different perspective which can enable you to find answers, strengthen your ability to cope, change patterns of behaviour.
