I work with a diverse group of people who have emotional issues, whether you are struggling with feelings of anxiety, feeling sad, depression, coping with loss, death, struggling to find your self-confidence or sense of worth, work related stress, struggling with life transitions such as the menopause, becoming a parent, or retirement.
Together, we can explore what's on your mind, develop your self-awareness and understanding of your relationships. Rather than give advice I see my role as supporting you, and challenging you, to see things more clearly, perhaps from a different perspective which can enable you to find answers, strengthen your ability to cope, change patterns of behaviour.
