Everyone has their own individual needs, with a thorough initial assessment we can begin to explore your needs and how we can work through them moving forward. It is important to me to provide a safe space where you feel comfortable in exploring your thoughts, feelings and emotions.
When you feel safe in therapy trust can be built between us and we can move towards gaining a deeper understanding of what is troubling you. I am a strong believer that the relationship I build with you is the beginning of successful therapy.
