The fact that you are here is a massive step. The thought of therapy can be daunting, but it can be an experience that can change your life in ways you couldn’t possibly imagine. Perhaps you feel afraid, angry, anxious, or sad. It can be a lonely and unforgiving world, which we often get lost in. We all have our unique ways of experiencing the world around us. Being heard and understood are two of our most basic needs.
I am an integrative therapist. This means, that I work with the most effective approach to help you with whatever problems you may be experiencing. I work with a variety of presenting problems and have a particular interest in how our adult self is shaped by our childhood experiences. I also work as a Mental Health Mentor, supporting university students.
The idea of walking into a therapy session with someone unknown can be a little overwhelming for some. I offer a free initial online session of up to 15 minutes. This gives us both the opportunity to have a chat and for us both to see if we may be able to work together, in order to help you on your path.
