TLDR I mostly work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, and/or OCD stuff/intrusive thoughts, to better understand what's happening and find ways to improve things. I continue to learn to better support the people I work with, particularly around gender, sexuality and relationship diversity, and neurodiversity.

I’ll encourage your interest in yourself and your life, including the overlooked or unwanted aspects, as it’s hard to change what we don’t pay attention to. I don’t know what anyone should do and I don’t push solutions. Mostly I listen, offering thoughts, questions and ideas, and hopefully furthering a shared understanding of whatever we're talking about.
Therapy needs a good enough match of people if it’s to be helpful. To give an idea, my meetings tend to include some humour, the odd swear, some quiet for thinking, and occasional outdated pop-culture references. You may need more to go on though, so I offer a free 30-minute meeting to consider working together. Get in touch if you’d like to arrange one.
