I am a Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered Counselling Psychologist and qualified Integrative Psychotherapist registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I have more than 2000 hours of experience in providing short and long-term therapy for children, young people and their families (age range 6-25 years). I can provide therapeutic support for difficulties such as ADHD, Adjustment Difficulties, Anxiety, Depression, Gender Identity, OCD, Self-Harm and more. I also offer ADHD assessments for children, young people, and adults.
In therapy I aim to build a positive therapeutic relationship founded upon understanding and appreciation for the individual person and their circumstances. This enables me to work effectively in highly individualised, collaborative and creative ways to benefit clients. My therapeutic work is rooted in cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT).
