I offer a soulful perspective in a safe space where hopefully you will feel comfortable to talk, in particularly about things that may have been difficult to express until now, without any fear of judgement. People have sough my help in the past for a wide variety of reasons, including: feeling depressed, flat, anxious, isolated, panic attacks. Relationships issues. Bereavement, including the loss of a child. Feelings related to trauma, etc.
