I provide counselling and therapy for individuals and couples on an open-ended basis, with the aim of enabling you to find the inner resources to enhance your life and to live it more fully. I offer a soulful perspective in a safe space where hopefully you will feel comfortable to talk, in particularly about things that may have been difficult to express until now, without any fear of judgement. People have sough my help in the past for a wide variety of reasons, including: feeling depressed, flat, anxious, isolated, panic attacks. Relationships issues. Bereavement, including the loss of a child. Feelings related to trauma, etc.
It can be difficult to find a therapist who you feel connected to, someone who can open up to. That is why I suggest we have a short phone consultation free of charge before our first session. You can also use this time to ask me any questions about therapy that you may have. I offer concessions for students and people on low income, so please do enquire.
