I am a Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor.
I offer trauma-informed counselling for adults, young people, and professionals. If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected, therapy can help you move toward stability, confidence, and wellbeing. In a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space, you’ll be heard and supported as we explore what needs care. Together we’ll move at a pace that feels safe, building trust and capacity for resilience. My hope is that through our work, you can feel more grounded in your body, connected to yourself, and supported in whatever healing or change feels right for you.
I have extensive training in complex trauma and PTSD and engage in ongoing weekly training and consultation with Carolyn Spring through her Trauma Recovery Community.
As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I offer an inclusive, affirmative, trauma-informed practice that is GSRD and neurodiversity affirming.
Our work begins with an introductory session where we can meet, discuss what has brought you to counselling, and explore what you hope to gain. This is a full, paid 50-minute session, though a shorter version can be arranged if needed. Sessions are available online or face to face.
