Hi, I am a registered accredited (UKCP) Psychotherapist & Counsellor and have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. All my clients are unique, and so is my approach to therapy. I utilise a humanistic and integrated approach, which means I tailor my techniques to fit the individual needs of each of my clients. This approach ensures a holistic and compassionate therapeutic experience that promotes personal growth and emotional well-being. Addressing the emotional, mental, and relational aspects of each of my clients.
I have experience working with grief & loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, and relationship issues. My passion is to help my clients navigate complex emotions associated with their presenting issues and to develop healthy coping mechanisms.
